Policies and What to expect
To set up an appointment, you can schedule online here or call us at (207) 926 - 1375 . We are happy to answer questions ahead of time. If you are unable to reach us immediately because we are with patients or out of the office, please leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice. If notice is not given within 24 hours, or you do not call/show up for a scheduled appointment (“no call, no show), you will be charged $50. In the event(s) this policy is repeatedly violated, we reserve the right to charge you for each offense, not schedule you for future appointments, and terminate care altogether. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your clinician cannot guarantee a complete treatment and has the right to reschedule you. Payment is due at time of visit. Any late payments will be subject to a $5 extra fee. Thank you for understanding. You can review the full policy when you schedule via our patient portal.
At this time, we are not in-network with any insurance providers. However, if Chiropractic or Acupuncture is covered by your policy, we can give you a receipt of treatments that you submit to your provider so they can reimburse you directly. Please note that it is your responsibility to check if you have coverage and payment of services is not contingent upon reimbursement.

What to expect
Your first Chiropractic appointment will last approximately 45 minutes. Follow up treatments are about 30 minutes long.
During your initial appointment, Dr. Dyer will perform a thorough evaluation of your chief complaint(s), provide treatment and discuss a treatment plan based on your needs. During follow up appointments, your condition will be re-assessed followed by treatment.
For your comfort, please wear or bring a change of loose fitting clothes.
Your first Acupuncture appointment will last approximately an hour and a half. Follow up treatments are about an hour long.
During your initial appointment, we will discuss your full medical history, provide treatment based on your chief complaints, and discuss a treatment plan based on your needs. During a follow up, we assess your current health condition(s) followed by a longer treatment.
Please wear or bring a change of loose fitting clothes. Some acupuncture points will require you to wear shorts. Feel free to bring your own, or we will provide them for you.
For your comfort and safety, we also ask that you eat something a few hours prior to each appointment.
